Cookie Policy

Effective date: 7 August 2026 Draft — please review before going live.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They help the site work, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and tailor advertising.

2. Which Cookies We Use

We split cookies into three categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are placed without consent; for analytics and marketing cookies we ask your consent in advance via the cookie banner.

3. Reviews and Third-Party Apps

If we use a reviews app (for example Judge.me or Loox), it places its own cookies to link reviews to orders. Those cookies are only placed after you leave a review and/or accept our cookie banner.

4. Managing Your Consent

On your first visit you'll see a cookie banner where you can choose:

  • Accept all: all cookies (functional + analytics + marketing) are placed.
  • Necessary only: only functional cookies are placed.
  • Preferences: choose by category.

You can change your choice at any time by opening the cookie settings at the bottom of the website.

5. Blocking or Deleting Cookies

Besides our cookie banner, you can manage and delete cookies through your browser:

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  • Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions

Note: disabling functional cookies can affect how the webshop works (for example your cart will stop working).

6. Transfers Outside the EEA

Google, Meta, and TikTok process cookie data (partly) outside the European Economic Area. For these transfers we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. More information is in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

This cookie policy may be updated when new legislation, new tools, or changed practices apply. The most recent version is always on this page.
